1969 – Santana’s debut album enters the chart.

1975 – Bruce Springsteen’s “Born To Run” LP makes its chart debut.

1980 – Jackson Browne has the first #1 album of his career with the platinum “Hold Out,” his first LP in well over two years.

1985 – Sting begins his first solo tour in San Diego in support of his album, “Dream Of The Blue Turtles.”
