1966 – The Beatles album “Revolver” is released in the U.K. by Capitol. The hit singles off the album include “Yellow Submarine” and “Eleanor Rigby.” The U.S. version of the album will be released four days later.

1967 – Pink Floyd’s debut album, “Piper At The Gates Of Dawn,” is released.

1981 – KSTM, The Storm at 107, signs on the air at 1:07 pm from their studios in Mesa, Arizona. The first song is “Tomorrow Never Knows” by The Beatles. The Storm was the creative inspiration for The Acoustic Storm.
